Session Contract
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Autumn Fox, herinafter referred to as the “Photographer”, and the “Client”. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. This contract shall remain valid and enforceable for all future sessions from the date of e-signature.
SESSION: The Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the Client. Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that the Client arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Please ensure hair is combed and face is clean.
PAYMENT: The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the full agreed-upon amount, due at the time of the session. Payment can be made via cash or credit card. The Client understands that card payments may incur an additional processing fee of 3.5%. Any add-ons requested by the Client, beyond what is outlined in this contract, will also be due at the time of the session. A receipt will be given following the completed payment. Failure to make this payment by the time of session may result in the cancellation of services.
USAGE RIGHTS: The Photographer will deliver edited images via website link or email within 2 weeks after the session. The Photographer retains the copyright to all images. The Client is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the images, and agrees not to sell or otherwise profit from the images without written permission from the Photographer. The Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio, website, and social media.
LIABILITY: The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session.
RE-SHOOTS/REFUNDS: Re-shoots and refunds are determined at the discretion of the Photographer. If the Client needs to reschedule or cancel the session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. In the event of inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
